About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our commercial clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing their insurance needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in the insurance industry
• In-depth understanding of commercial lines insurance products and coverages
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to analyze data and provide informed insurance recommendations
• Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
• Knowledge of various insurance carriers and underwriting guidelines

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and inquiries in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities for account growth
• Analyze clients' insurance requirements and provide suitable coverage options
• Prepare and present client proposals, renewals, and coverage recommendations
• Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation
• Monitor and manage policy endorsements, cancellations, and overall policy administration
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed guidance to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers to negotiate terms and secure competitive coverage options
