About The Position
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to support a collaborative and professional agency environment. This role involves managing a generalist book of small to middle-market commercial lines accounts while providing exceptional service and support. Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and passionate about the insurance industry.
Requirements
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial lines account management experience.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with AMS360 agency management software is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diversified book of commercial lines business, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high-quality service.
- Handle small to middle-market accounts across various industries, including real estate and construction.
- Support marketing efforts for renewals, prepare loss information, process endorsements, and issue certificates.
- Quote new and renewal business as needed.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and internal team members to support client retention and overall service delivery.
