Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves servicing and marketing middle-market commercial accounts. Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in commercial insurance account management.
• Active insurance licenses as required by the state of Alabama.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional yet flexible environment.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of middle-market commercial accounts.
• Handle daily account servicing tasks, including policy renewals, endorsements, and client inquiries.
• Market and quote new and renewal business to ensure competitive pricing and coverage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
