Certifications: Possession of relevant industry certifications

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with commercial clients. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
Policy Management and Review: Conduct thorough reviews of commercial insurance policies to ensure accuracy and compliance. Recommend and implement adjustments to policies based on client needs and industry changes.
Risk Assessment and Analysis: Assess clients' business operations to identify potential risks and provide appropriate coverage solutions. Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to secure optimal coverage for clients.
Claims Processing Assist clients in the event of a claim, facilitating the claims process and ensuring timely resolution.
