Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Minimum of 5+ years of commercial insurance experience, with a proven ability to manage a $4 million book of business
- Energetic, detail-oriented, goal-driven, problem solver, and self-motivated
Nice To Haves
- Experience with EPIC software preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage a $4 million book of business, focusing on small to medium-sized accounts with a generalist approach, including a strong emphasis on bonds and surety experience
- Handle all aspects of account management, including quoting new and renewal business
- Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization
