About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to clients, managing larger accounts, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. This position is primarily remote, with occasional in-office requirements.

Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
1-2 years of relevant experience required; 3-8 years preferred.
Proficiency in EPIC software or similar systems.

Responsibilities

Manage and service a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Quote new and renewal business, collaborating with carriers and underwriters.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and team members.
Provide white-glove service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering tailored insurance solutions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system.
Contribute to the team’s success by supporting colleagues and fostering a collaborative work environment.
