About The Position

ReSource Pro is seeking a knowledgeable Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to join their service delivery team. This role acts as the primary contact and technical expert for a client book of business, collaborating with dedicated onshore/offshore SDU teams to manage policy renewals, bind new business, and expand accounts to increase revenue. The Account Manager will build strong customer relationships with insureds and mentor junior team members on customer interactions. Requirements

  • 3-5 years Property and Casualty insurance experience or related coverage experience in a retail agency or service center
  • Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license required
  • Located in Mountain or Central time zone to accommodate client
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency - Excel required
  • Experience working in Agency Management System required
  • Ability to adapt and succeed within a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

  • Industry designations preferred such as CPCU, CIC, CISR, ARM

Responsibilities

  • Manage small books of business for commercial lines insurance clients
  • Drive customer retention and market additional lines of coverage to grow business and properly insure risks
  • Evaluate carrier relationships, commercial insurance products, and market placement
  • Provide quality and timely service to customers and clients
  • Research, provide recommendations and implement ReSource Pro solutions for clients
  • Work in a variety of Agency Management Systems to complete tasks
  • Lead day-to-day customer interactions
  • Use your subject matter expertise to consult with customers and advise colleagues
  • Gather information about client needs and insurance solutions
  • Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet client needs and contribute to achievement of internal team goals
