Requirements

Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial lines account management and marketing
Proficiency with agency management software and document management systems, including AMS360 and ImageRight
Relevant educational background preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively
Self-motivated, dependable, team-oriented, and demonstrates natural leadership qualities
Maintains a professional demeanor with a proactive and solutions-focused approach

Responsibilities

Market and service commercial lines accounts, including quoting new and renewal business
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and insurance carriers
Support the growth and development of an expanding business segment through collaboration and strategic support
Ensure timely, accurate processing of policies, endorsements, and related documentation
Provide responsive, high-quality service by addressing client inquiries and needs promptly
Contribute positively to team culture through professionalism, leadership, and accountability
