The Commercial Lines Account Manager will: Manage the commercial book of business by working directly with Producers and Insurance companies on our commercial accounts. Ensure successful renewal of accounts by conducting thorough account reviews, putting together comprehensive submissions to send to market and providing professional advice to clients. Oversee processing of endorsements, certificates, by the Technical Assistants. Respond to daily inquiries from clients such as general questions, cancellations and payment issues. Represent KASE Insurance at industry events, build relationships with the insurance carriers. Provide mentorship and guidance to new producers and other associates.
