Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commercial Lines CSR or Account Manager within an independent agency
Strong knowledge of commercial property insurance
Proficiency in AMS360 and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word)
Professional appearance and polished communication skills
Warm, friendly, and approachable demeanor
Strong team orientation and ability to collaborate effectively
Proactive and intuitive approach to tasks
Excellent grammar and polished client interaction skills

Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of accounts, including quoting, renewals, endorsements, and policy servicing
Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
Handle Community Association and Condominium Association Master Policies
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management
Utilize AMS360 and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word) for daily tasks
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
