About The Position
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to the operations, focusing on providing exceptional service to clients and managing a diverse portfolio of accounts. Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within an independent insurance agency
- Proficiency in Applied Epic software is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work onsite initially, with potential for hybrid arrangements in the future

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, primarily focusing on contractors and generalist accounts
- Handle accounts ranging from small to middle market
- Provide end-to-end account management, including quoting new and renewal business, with a primary focus on renewals
- Collaborate with producers to meet client needs and ensure satisfaction
- Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
