Requirements

• Proven experience managing small to mid-sized commercial accounts in the insurance industry.
• Property and Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Strong understanding of commercial lines insurance products and services.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid model with potential for remote work after the onboarding period.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in using agency management software (Epic experience is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized commercial accounts, including businesses with premiums ranging from $1,000 to $100,000.
• Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Assist with quoting new and renewal business, including some marketing to renewals.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Lines Manager and other team members to meet organizational goals.
• Utilize agency management software (Epic experience preferred but not required) to maintain accurate client records and documentation.
