Seeking a highly motivated and professional Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and fast-growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, ranging from small to middle market, with occasional large accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a preference for candidates with 3+ years of experience
Proficiency in EPIC software is required
Strong professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly organized and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end servicing of a generalist book of business, including General Liability, Workers' Compensation, and other commercial insurance policies
Handle quoting for new and renewal business
Cross-sell additional insurance products to existing clients (not a sales-focused role)
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and documentation
