Responsibilities

• Assisting the originations staff with searches to be completed on the commercial real estate properties, the borrowers, and any individuals related to the loan transaction.
• Review and analyze property rent rolls, income & expense statements and financial documentation.
• Review loan files and prepare a financial analysis on closed loan files.
• Work with loan servicing personnel and input loan information into the banks loan system.
• Reviews loan closing documentation for any missing documents, signatures or attachments.
