About The Position

Responsible for providing high-quality customer, internal, and departmental service. Process and book approved direct and indirect consumer loans as well as ODLs. Prepare and book loans on the commercial loan system. Process loan advances, answer customer inquiries, and support the Lenders with loan documentation. Work on reports in the department and prepare documentation for loan closings.

Requirements

A High School Diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of one year of Commercial Lending experience is required.

Responsibilities

Review documentation, input, and book personal loans.
Review documentation, input, and book commercial loans.
Process ODL contracts.
Prep work for preparing notes, such as making sure that we have the appropriate entity documentation, confirming security already held by the bank, and ownership of that collateral.
Prepare notes, guarantee collateral documentation for each type of loan.
Set up new loans and scan documents into the Document Management System. Be very familiar with the Document Management System.
Process Loan advances, research loan account issues, and assist CML officers with issues.
Initiate wires for commercial loan customers.
Go over loan documentation with commercial loan customers.
Other duties may be assigned.
