About The Position

I assure you that you have never worked with a more professional or accomplished group of green industry leaders.

Requirements

• 5+ years in commercial landscape maintenance, property management, or a similar client-facing role
• Strong people skills – you genuinely enjoy working with clients
• Clear communication, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple accounts
• Based in or near Columbus, OH, with daily travel to client sites
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Experience in account management, customer service, or sales is a big plus

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts (HOAs, office parks, retail centers, etc.)
• Be the primary point of contact for clients and build strong, long-term relationships
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality, identify issues, and suggest enhancements
• Prepare proposals, renewals, and enhancement quotes
• Handle customer concerns quickly and professionally to ensure high client satisfaction
