About The Position

Do you thrive on winning new business while also cultivating long-term relationships? In this role, you'll help clients to envision stunning landscapes, then guide them through every step of their landscape project to bring it to life! We are seeking a full-time, highly motivated individual for our Landscape Construction Sales & Account Manager position . Besides sales, your responsibilities will mainly include customer relations and account management, managing teams, overseeing production, estimating projects, overseeing production and project profitability, and ensuring the division's overall profitability. If you are driven and love to sell, this position is right for you. Specifically, you will be responsible for business development, account management, estimating projects and overseeing production. As a Construction Account Manager, your focus will include managing customer satisfaction and retention while maintaining an open line of communication between the client and the company. You will work closely with other departments to ensure effective cross-selling and upselling of the company's full set of landscape services. As a leader, you will be responsible for achieving sales and production goals, as well as managing the quality of work and communication between the techs and our clients. Requirements

  • minimum of three years of sales experience
  • landscape/green industry experience
  • at least one year of experience as a supervisor
