About The Position
NLS is looking for an Area Manager to join our team! The Area Manager will be responsible for client and employee retention, crew productivity, and workplace safety. The Area Manager will manage daily operations of sites within an assigned territory to ensure delivery of high-quality service to clients, serve as the client point-of-contact for day-to-day site issues, and proactively identify, address, and resolve client needs. This role requires strong leadership skills to develop morale and recognize employee achievements while ensuring safety on every site.
