POSITION OVERVIEW The Commercial Kitchen Assistant Manager will support students in preparing lunches Monday through Friday. Responsibilities

Oversee daily lunch prep and service, ensuring food safety, quality, and compliance with kitchen standards.
Support, coach, and supervise students with IDD during meal preparation tasks, promoting skill-building and independence.
Maintain and model proper sanitation and cleanliness practices, including correct handwashing, equipment cleaning, and safe food handling.
