MHG is continuing to grow and is looking for a driven, relationship-focused professional to support our commercial insurance efforts across our expanding hospitality portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who understands commercial P&C insurance, enjoys working closely with business leaders, and is motivated to both manage accounts and help identify new opportunities. This is a hybrid-style role that combines day-to-day account management with business development. You’ll work closely with property teams and leadership to ensure strong coverage, proactive risk management, and continued growth. Position Overview The Commercial Insurance Producer will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day servicing of commercial accounts while also helping drive new opportunities through internal partnerships, referrals, and strategic outreach. This is not a purely sales-focused role and not just administrative support. It is a balanced position with strong visibility across the organization and opportunity for long-term growth within MHG.
