About The Position

Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager to join a dynamic team. Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Minimum of 2 years as an Assistant in a commercial insurance environment.
Proficiency in EPIC software preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Assist Account Managers in managing small to middle-market accounts across various industries, including contractors, agriculture, and crop insurance.
Provide administrative support, including policy documentation, endorsements, and renewals.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Utilize EPIC software to maintain and update client records.
Communicate effectively with clients and carriers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Support the quoting process for new and renewal business as needed.
