Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Prior experience in insurance production is highly preferred.
Open to candidates with captive insurance experience.
Entry-level candidates with a strong drive to succeed will also be considered.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Adaptability and willingness to learn.
Familiarity with insurance software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive sales by growing the book of business and bringing in new clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
Work on a variety of accounts, with a focus on commercial lines, including contractors.
Handle accounts ranging from small to large, with some exceeding $100,000 in premium.
Collaborate with a team of licensed professionals to deliver exceptional service.
