About the position

All Saints Insurance Agency is expanding, and we’re looking for a licensed, experienced Commercial Insurance Sales Producer to drive growth in our commercial lines department. This is a B2B sales role that rewards relationship-building, creative problem-solving, and the ability to confidently close deals that protect local businesses. Responsibilities

  • Follow up on assigned commercial insurance leads and referrals from internal sources
  • Build relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
  • Develop customized insurance proposals that meet each client’s unique risks and needs
  • Present and close commercial policies confidently and compliantly
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities with existing accounts
  • Maintain and update activity in our CRM and AMS

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience selling commercial insurance products, preferably in an independent agency setting
  • Active Louisiana Property & Casualty license (Life & Health license a plus)
  • Strong understanding of business insurance coverages (GL, BOP, WC, Commercial Auto, etc.)
  • Skilled communicator and confident presenter
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage a sales pipeline independently
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern CRM and AMS platforms
