Commercial Insurance Account Manager - Hybrid
About The Position
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM) to join a team. As part of the largest bank-owned insurance agency, you will play a key role in servicing middle-market accounts across various industries, including property, apartments/condos, and hospitality. This position offers a hybrid work schedule with the flexibility to work remotely for qualified candidates outside the immediate area. Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Minimum of 5+ years in account management, specifically in middle-market accounts.
- Strong understanding of generalist accounts, including property, apartments/condos, and hospitality.
- Stable work history with no frequent job changes.
- Willingness to complete a TotalCSR assessment (personality, behavioral, and coverage knowledge).
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Applied EPIC software is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage middle-market accounts (ranging between $50,000 and $100,000) from start to finish (A-Z servicing).
- Handle a diverse portfolio of accounts, including property, apartments/condos, and hospitality.
- Quote new and renewal business to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage accounts efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and solutions tailored to client needs.
