About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. With over 100 employees across three locations committed to delivering exceptional service to the clients. The successful candidate will work closely with one producer, managing middle-market, generalist accounts.

Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
3-5+ years of experience in commercial lines account management, preferably with middle-market accounts.
Proficiency in Saggitta or Vertafore software is highly preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain a client-focused approach.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, with remote work on designated days.

Responsibilities

Manage and service a book of middle-market, generalist commercial lines accounts.
Collaborate exclusively with one producer to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using Saggitta or Vertafore software.
Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for clients.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
