About The Position

The Commercial Insurance Account Manager supports the sales of and provides service for customers. This role is responsible for changes, updates, and value-added services.

Requirements

• Active license appropriate to the line of business is required.

Responsibilities

• Process policy changes and respond to enquiries with the utmost professionalism and timeliness
• Answer client’s questions regarding payments and notices.
• Process endorsements for clients.
• Manage a diverse book of house accounts.
• Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers.
• Support designated staff.
• Review and respond to renewal activities.
• Follow up and see tasks thru to completion.
• Always protect the best interest of both the company and the customer.
