About The Position

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager/Producer to join a growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in an underserved market, providing tailored insurance solutions to a diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quoting, client management, carrier relationships, and negotiating, with a proven ability to manage and grow a book of business.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a focus on quoting, client management, and carrier relationships.
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Proven ability to manage and grow a book of business, with a focus on underserved markets.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a client-centric approach.
Proficiency in AMS360 or similar agency management software.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of accounts, including contractors, property, non-profits, and service industries with account sizes ranging from $20,000 to $500,000.
Quote new and renewal business, ensuring competitive and comprehensive coverage for clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance coverage.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
Utilize AMS360 software for account management and documentation.
