About The Position

Whaley Foodservice, LLC is one of the largest commercial kitchen equipment repair service companies in the Southeast comprised of over 600 employees located across 31 geographically dispersed locations. At Whaley, people are vital to our success. The Commercial Installation Lead provides customer equipment installation of HVACR and or commercial kitchen equipment (e.g., fryers, grills, ovens, freezers).

Requirements

Three years of installation experience with combined commercial kitchen equipment and or HVACR equipment i.e., RTUS, chillers,
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required
Valid Driver's License and Driving Record that aligns with our safety standards.

Nice To Haves

Plumbing background is a plus.
Contractor, journeyman, and or HVAC certification would-be a plus.

Responsibilities

Mentor, lead, and motivate team members in a safe, productive and efficient manner.
Install commercial kitchen equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
Design, fabricate, and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required.
Communicate professionally with customer(s) and team regarding repairs and status updates.
Communicate part order(s) with branch.
Document task (parts/work orders, timesheets) accurately and on a timely basis.
Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms consistent with policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
