The Commercial Insights Analyst is a highly analytical and strategic thinker who will lead ad-hoc projects and workflows that provide strategic insights and data driven recommendations that drive business growth and optimize commercial strategies. The scope of work will be driven by the needs of the commercial organization, and the individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, operations, and supply chain to conduct comprehensive analyses. The role holder will have an ability to research information to underpin analyses, incorporate that research to build financial and market trend models, analyze data with attention to detail and be able to clearly and concisely summarize key findings to commercial management. Key Outputs/Deliverables This role requires the ability to deliver compelling stories that turn complex analysis into impactful business recommendations across all major functional areas of the ASR commercial organization. This role leads the quantification and analysis of identified market trends, data and competitive intelligence for the business, and translates information into content that helps shape strategy, messaging and enablement for sales, marketing, and product management teams. Advancement of understanding and impact of changing commercial landscape: Grocery, B2B, Specialty, G-commerce, sugar substitutes, packaging, new product/business initiatives, sustainability, annual marketing budgeting, etc. Converts numeric information into visual outputs via various digital Provide general support and recommendations to all stakeholders during annual business planning process
