Commercial/Industrial Electrical Project Manager
About The Position
We are hiring a motivated Commercial/Industrial Electrical Project Manager with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team. This position is based full-time at our Isanti, MN headquarters, working in-office five days per week. This is an excellent opportunity to step into an active project environment with strong growth potential. Right away, you will be working on multiple year-long commercial and industrial projects, with several new builds and major electrical upgrade projects starting up this Spring. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of commercial and industrial electrical construction projects, including: Project setup and coordination Permitting and compliance processes Material ordering and procurement Invoice tracking and job costing support Change order management Scheduling and deadline execution Managing field crews and subcontractors Coordinating between office staff and field personnel Supporting successful project delivery from start to finish Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical project management Understanding of electrical construction processes and workflows Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Proficiency with scheduling, documentation, and basic job costing Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep projects moving while balancing office coordination and field execution. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating closely with electricians, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Requirements
