About The Position

If so, The Cigna Group may be the right place for you. We are looking for a Commercial HVAC Technician (HVAC Technician II) to join our team at one of our Pharmacy Rx Fulfillment Centers. This is an on-site, third‑shift role where you will help keep the building, equipment, and systems running safely and smoothly in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of maintenance or related experience
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work onsite only (this role cannot be remote)
Strong focus on personal safety and the safety of others
Ability to read and understand manuals and basic drawings
Willing to complete OSHA 10 training within 6 months of hire
Comfortable using basic computer programs
Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Perform basic maintenance, repairs, and installations for building systems and equipment
Work on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, generators, and refrigeration systems
Complete preventive maintenance to help equipment run longer and safely
Follow all safety, OSHA, and company guidelines
Complete work orders and maintenance records on time
Respond quickly to emergencies and call for help when needed
Escort outside vendors while they work onsite
Handle maintenance requests from the site operations team
Use basic skills in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work
Build good working relationships with coworkers
Communicate clearly and professionally
Perform other duties as assigned
