About The Position

We are seeking a Commercial HVAC Tech for assignment in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The selected candidate will operate HVAC systems, troubleshooting and performing repairs in an industrial / commercial environment. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm This position has a pay rate of $36 - $38/hr This position requires an EPA Universal This position has a rotational on-call schedule This position requires some knowledge of BAS / BMS systems; Siemens is preferred

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• A valid Driver's License
• An EPA Universal Certification
• 2+ years experience maintaining and operating HVAC equipment in an industrial, commercial or manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of BAS / BMS systems; Siemens is preferred

• Siemens BAS / BMS knowledge

Responsibilities

• Inspections, planned maintenance, installing various building and HVAC equipment/components
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment such as RTU's, CRAC, chillers, vav's, boilers, piping and pumps
• Monitor building automation controls
• Regulation compliance
• Support ERT
• Perform other duties as assigned
