REIC Rentals is hiring safety- and customer-driven Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to serve as trusted technical experts responsible for keeping our high-performance rental fleet operating at peak performance. From heating and cooling to dehumidification, ventilation, and environmental control equipment, your work ensures our equipment is safe, reliable, and always customer-ready-both in the shop and at customer sites. Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical experience in HVAC, equipment service, field maintenance, or related work
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Demonstrated safety-first mindset in shop and field environments
  • Clear, professional communication skills with customers and teammates
  • Clean driving record and minimum age of 21
  • Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites
  • Flexibility to handle changing daily priorities and seasonal overtime

Nice To Haves

  • EPA Universal Certification and 3–5 years of HVAC/R experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC rental equipment in the shop and on customer job sites
  • Accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
  • Provide hands-on customer support and basic equipment operation training
  • Document service work thoroughly using modern service management systems
  • Travel to customer sites and support seasonal overtime demands
  • Maintain a strong safety focus on the road, in the shop, and at customer locations
