About The Position
American Residential Services (ARS) is the largest provider of residential services in the US, employing more than 7000 professionals across the country. ARS has been serving its customers with HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical solutions for over 45 years since its establishment in 1975. This position involves the service and installation of commercial domestic hot water systems and commercial heating/cooling systems.
Requirements
- 3 years’ experience in commercial HVAC
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems
- CFC Certified
- Ability to read commercial wiring schematics
- Ability to lift 50 lbs independently and use power & hand tools
- Work in outside conditions and in tight spaces
- Use of ladders for roof access
Responsibilities
- Service & installation of commercial domestic hot water systems including but not limited to; Commercial water heaters, Commercial domestic boilers, holding tanks & controls, Tankless water heaters & combo units, Circulating pumps
- Service & installation of commercial heating/cooling systems including but not limited to; Hot water & steam heating boilers, Forced air & air conditioning units, Heat pumps, Chilling towers
