About The Position

The Service Manager is responsible for supervising service technicians and performing technical and administrative work for the servicing, maintenance, and repair of vehicles. This role ensures that all company and safety policies are followed.

Requirements

Proven field service experience
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
Ability to drive to various locations for necessary work
Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
Will be required to obtain a CDL

Responsibilities

Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
Manage all onsite tank installations, repairs, maintenance and test tasks
Maintain service spreadsheet and order equipment as needed
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
Operate vehicle in a safe manner
Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
Monitor billing and code invoices
Ability to professionally resolve any customer and/or staff member complaints/issues
Maintain permits for bulk plants
Build positive relationships with customers
On call required for contaminations, marine and spills
May travel out of town/state for projects
