Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service and repair.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and codes.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including confined spaces and at heights.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the HVAC service team in daily operations and maintenance activities.
  • Schedule and coordinate service calls, ensuring timely and efficient completion of work orders.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues for commercial systems, providing expert solutions.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
