Requirements

  • 3+ years in HVAC, mechanical services, facilities, or construction coordination
  • Dispatch, scheduling, or service coordination background
  • Comfortable with service management software (ServiceTrade a plus)
  • Track record of proactive client communication, not reactive support
  • Proven ability to juggle competing priorities when demand spikes
  • Comfortable making 20–30+ client touchpoints daily—outreach energizes you
  • Hungry, humble, smart—no excuses, no ego, no drama

Responsibilities

  • Proactive client outreach—you call them before they call you
  • Submit quotes immediately upon tech recommendation and follow up persistently until approval or close
  • Drive invoicing speed—invoices go out fast and complete
  • Close work orders quickly with constant client communication—no radio silence
  • Build relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
  • Resolve issues before they escalate—if we own it, we close it
  • Schedule, dispatch, follow up, close out—whatever the day demands
