Commercial HVAC Installer & Service Technician
About The Position
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Commercial HVAC Installers & Service Technicians for projects located in or around Vancouver, WA. This is a full time opportunity and the pay rate is $28–$35/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a HVAC Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! The job scope includes installing HVAC systems such as heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioners, ductless systems, and rooftop units, leading system change-outs, handling tenant improvement projects, and performing commercial and new construction installations. It also involves interpreting blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate, code-compliant installations.
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- HVAC installation and/or service experience
- EPA Certification
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems including heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioners, ductless systems, and rooftop units
- Lead system change-outs and handle tenant improvement projects
- Perform commercial and new construction installations
- Interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate, code-compliant installations
