Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC installation experience with ductwork and units
- Pipefitting and brazing experience is a must
- Sheet metal & commercial unit installation experience
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and technical docs
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Valid Texas driver’s license with a good record
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and pride in your craft
Nice To Haves
- EPA certification & VRF experience are a plus (but not required)
Responsibilities
- Install commercial HVAC systems (new construction and retrofits)
- Work with project managers and GCs to ensure jobs are completed on time and within scope
- Train and mentor junior techs and apprentices
- Perform code-compliant work that meets high-quality standards
- Maintain accurate job records (materials, time, progress)
- Travel occasionally to job sites across Texas
- Prioritize safety and teamwork on every project
