About The Position

As a Commercial HVAC Dispatcher, you’ll be the backbone of our service operations, coordinating technician schedules, managing work orders, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and vendors. Working in our Hudson, FL office, you’ll play a critical role in delivering timely, high-quality service to our commercial clients with a national presence. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work in-office Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call schedule every 6 weeks (one week on, six weeks off):
  • Friday 5 PM to the following Friday 5 PM.
  • Saturday and Sunday, 8 AM–10 PM (from home during on-call weeks).
  • Ability to pass drug, background, and driver’s license checks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent planning and prioritization skills to manage resources and meet goals.
  • Sound judgment and initiative to make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills for internal and external interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (required).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ServiceTitan (preferred but not required).
  • Previous experience in commercial dispatching or customer service roles (a plus).
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish and English) are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily dispatch operations with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Generate and dispatch service request work orders to technicians per established protocols.
  • Create and manage technician schedules to ensure timely task completion.
  • Communicate promptly with internal and external customers within company-defined timelines.
  • Handle phone calls and emails with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with clients and vendors for work order updates, creation, or cancellation.
  • Add new vendors and locations to the system as needed.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team success.

Benefits

  • Pay: $18–$21/hr. ($37,440-$43,680/annually based off a 40 Hr. work week) + Overtime when authorized by Leadership
  • On-Call Compensation: $200 for commercial dispatches, $100 for residential dispatches during on-call weeks.
  • Paid Time Off: Start with 48 hours, increasing to 168 hours with tenure
