About The Position
ConServ Building Services is hiring experienced Commercial HVAC/R Technicians in your area! ConServ Building Services was founded in 1991, as the service division of BCH Mechanical. We began dispatching HVAC techs in the Tampa Bay, FL area and in just a short time, ConServ’s reputation for customer service and technical expertise began to grow in GA, SC, NC, VA, TN, and AL. We are the number one choice for regional clients with multiple accounts, convenience stores, and those who prefer remote monitoring and control.
Requirements
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid Driver’s License
- Commercial HVAC/R experience preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Willing to participate in on-call rotation

Responsibilities
- Service & repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Work on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance
