Join our team and create your future. Why This Role This role is designed as a launchpad into Commercial Growth Enablement. You’ll get hands-on experience supporting proposals, sales content, prospecting initiatives, and sales tools while working closely with experienced team members across the Commercial GET organization. If you’re early in your career, enjoy variety, like being at the center of how work flows, and want exposure to a wide variety of sales enablement functions, this role gives you that opportunity. You won’t be expected to be an expert in everything. You’ll be supported with clear prioritization, defined processes, and coaching as you learn. What You’ll Do Your work will focus on three core areas. The exact mix may shift based on priorities, but you’ll always have guidance and support. 1. Intake, Coordination & Operations (Your Home Base) You’ll be the first stop for incoming Commercial GET requests and help keep work moving smoothly. · Monitor and triage incoming requests, routing work to the right GET team or owner · Handle quick-turn requests like finding client stories, reusable slides, or firm information · Track requests and follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks · Help document and improve repeatable processes that reduce manual work 2. Pursuits & Proposal Support You’ll support active proposals and client onboarding activities, especially during peak demand. · Assist with supplier questionnaires and due diligence requests · Respond to standard “About Huron” questions and gather required documentation · Coordinate with Legal, GRC, and the Pursuits Team on more complex questions · Help track new clients and engagements in Salesforce · Support reference coordination and approvals for active pursuits 3. Strategic Sales Enablement (Content & Prospecting) You’ll support the tools, content, and initiatives that help sellers engage clients. Content & Education Support · Use AI tools to help create first drafts of sales assets like sell sheets, deck outlines, slides, and newsletters using established guidance · Assist with content quality checks, formatting, and publishing in Seismic · Help maintain content inventories so assets stay current and easy to find · Support seller enablement sessions and trainings, including logistics and communications Prospecting & Account Support · Assist account teams with meeting prep, agendas, and client materials · Support events by helping manage lead lists, Salesforce campaigns, and basic ROI tracking · Help analyze outreach efforts and summarize results from email campaigns and cadences · Support sales tools like Salesforce, Seismic, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator by tracking usage and helping with updates · Conduct light market and competitive research and summarize insights for account teams How You’ll Grow This role is intentionally broad. Over time, you’ll gain exposure across pursuits, content, and strategic sales enablement. Based on your interests, strengths, and business needs, you’ll have the opportunity to move into a more specialized role within Commercial GET. You’ll build practical skills, understand how commercial teams operate, and develop a clear point of view on where you want to focus next.
