Job Summary We are seeking a Commercial Grain Lender that will actively market specialized loans, financial products and originate and maintain a volume of loans from $150 million to $500 million for FCSAmerica’s portfolio. This individual must be a highly driven self-starter with strong lending skills to manage relationships with our commercial gain accounts. As a Commercial Grain Lender, you will develop an in-depth understanding of the assigned industry along with each customer and prospect in order to provide innovative and customer centric products and services to meet the needs of these accounts. You will be responsible for sales efforts, growth of relationships within the assigned territory, credit administration, and ongoing maintenance and management of large, high-touch commercial accounts, and complex financial credit needs from $10 million to $100 million.
