About The Position
Jack Laurie Group is seeking a skilled to semi-skilled Commercial Flooring Installer to join our growing team. This full-time position works on a variety of projects across Indiana, with most work centered in the greater Indianapolis region. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in flooring installation and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of commercial flooring installation experience
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel to job sites across Indiana
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Install a variety of commercial flooring materials with precision and quality
- Work with a team to complete projects on schedule and to client specifications
- Safely operate tools and equipment related to flooring installation
- Travel to various job sites as required
- Follow safety procedures and company standards on all projects
