Requirements

• Experience in lending, mobile home finance, or loan operations
• Ability to manage a high-volume workflow with strong attention to detail
• Hands-on problem solver who strives to keep deals moving forward
• Strong troubleshooter who jumps in, diagnoses problems fast, and drive timely solutions
• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
• Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
• Able to sit at a work station for prolonged periods of time
• Must be able to physically type

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of TFS policies, processes and procedures related to lines of credit and how they are applied within the Solifi software platform
• Own a pipeline of rental loan conversion requests from closing through funding
• Review borrower eligibility and ensure all files meet program and credit guidelines
• Partner closely with underwriting and the community teams to obtain updated information, resolve conditions, and keep files moving
• Communicate proactively with communities and internal partners regarding status, needed items and next steps
• Review inventory audit reports daily and take prompt action on any findings
• Foster strong relationships with the communities and our internal partners to support a smooth conversion process
• Identify workflow improvements and contribute to enhancing the overall conversion experience
• Responsible for preparing all closing documentation and accurately fund each loan within the Solifi platform
