Repligen is seeking a Commercial Finance Intern to support the Finance team by helping streamline, automate, and modernize core commercial finance reporting and analytical processes. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world financial reporting used to support earnings, growth analysis, revenue tracking, and pricing insights. The intern will work on a series of defined sub-projects designed to deliver meaningful process improvements within an 8–12 week summer internship timeframe.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in commercial finance, financial reporting, and process improvement.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and an interest in improving data accuracy and usability.
  • Comfortable working with structured data and financial templates; interest in automation is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in streamlining and updating commercial finance reporting templates used for earnings support, organic growth analysis, revenue reporting by product line, and realized price analysis.
  • Support efforts to automate recurring financial reports and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Help modernize historical reporting content and formats to align with the company’s current business structure.
  • Collaborate with members of the commercial finance and sales operations teams to understand reporting needs and business context.
  • Manage and execute multiple sub-projects concurrently, ensuring deliverables are completed on time during the internship period.

  • The estimated hourly rate/salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $24/Hr. -$26/Hr.
  • Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
