The Global Commercial Experience Lead is responsible for driving and executing initiatives that support DLL’s commercial transformation. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Transformation, this role focuses on delivering projects that enhance member experience, enable commercial effectiveness, and ensure successful implementation of change across Markets and Global Business Units (GBUs). The position requires strong project management capabilities, a structured approach to change management, and the ability to connect talent development with business objectives. The role involves ownership of key member experience projects, including compensation enhancements, new ways of working, performance expectation frameworks, and leadership development initiatives. Your key focus is to help define and implement the DLL strategic vision and roadmap for the commercial member lifecycle guaranteeing a top-class experience in DLL. You will work hand-in hand with Group HR and the Global Business Units (GBUs) to ensure that we maintain alignment with overall DLL member strategy as well as meet the needs of the GBUs.
