About The Position

The Commercial Excellence, Training and Enablement Internship with Regal Rexnord’s Industrial Powertrain Solutions (IPS) team offers a dynamic opportunity to support front-line business functions and collaborate with associates across multiple departments. What is Enablement? Enablement ensures our sales team has the skills, knowledge, assets, and process expertise needed to maximize every customer interaction and guide buyers toward confident purchasing decisions. As an intern, you will benefit from the following experiences: Real Work Experience – Engage in diverse projects that offer insights into our customers, marketing, training, sales, commercial excellence, and customer care teams. You’ll contribute to initiatives such as sales enablement and training programs, content audits, strategy refinement, and tool utilization. You’ll take ownership of your projects, helping you develop leadership skills and professional confidence. Coaching and Mentoring – You’ll be paired with a mentor and guided through a structured onboarding process designed to introduce you to our corporate culture and provide ongoing feedback to support your growth. Networking Events – Participate in a variety of networking events hosted at our Milwaukee location. These events provide valuable exposure to fellow interns, team members, and executive leadership, helping you build meaningful professional relationships.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Sales, Data Analytics, or Business
  • Junior or Senior academic status as of Fall 2026
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Basic understanding of general business principles and a desire to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); Office365 experience is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate across teams
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and organizing work efficiently
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset
  • Available to work 40 hours per week during the summer

Responsibilities

  • Supporting sales enablement tools and initiatives
  • Providing cross-functional support to the Commercial Excellence team, including analytics, CRM, pricing, and sales excellence
  • Assisting with training programs for customer and associate development
  • Partnering with Sales and the SEAL program on specific training needs
  • Maintaining tools and technologies that enhance the sales process and drive revenue growth
  • Gathering and analyzing sales feedback to improve tool efficiency
  • Contributing to digital demand creation campaigns
  • Supporting channel programs and gaining B2B marketing experience
