The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Commercial Excellence Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Analyze sales performance, pipeline health, churn indicators, and opportunity quality to generate actionable insights for frontline teams and leadership. Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across ASD’s portfolio using customer purchase patterns, Salesforce data, and segmentation models. Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages for Sales Managers and Commercial leadership. Design and build intuitive dashboards in Power BI and Salesforce to track performance, KPIs, prioritized accounts, and strategic initiatives. Serve as the power user for Salesforce.com within ASD, enhancing dashboards, reports, and opportunity management tools. Work closely with Marketing, Channel, Pricing, and Segment teams to align insights and provide integrated recommendations for frontline decision-making. Partner with IT and CRM administrators to improve workflows, fields, and automations that enhance sales productivity. Deliver clear, polished presentations to Sales Managers, Reps, and regional leaders. Support Sales Managers in developing action plans to improve win rates, reduce churn, and strengthen customer penetration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or related field
  • Seven (7) years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, or related role in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Three (3) years of experience using Salesforce.com for reporting, dashboards, and opportunity management in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Three (3) years of experience using Power BI in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working directly with Sales Reps and Sales Managers.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate insights from large datasets and translate them into practical recommendations.
  • Experience in industrial or B2B sales environments (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across functions.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and customer lifecycle analytics.
