Requirements

• Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree in: Business Marketing Communications Operations Supply Chain Human Resources Related field
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to gather and document information
• Ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

• Experience with documentation or training content
• Familiarity with Articulate Rise or learning platforms
• Interest in commercial operations
• Instructional design exposure
• Project coordination experience

Responsibilities

• Conducting interviews with subject matter experts (SMEs)
• Capturing workflows, terminology, and commercial processes
• Organizing content into structured learning modules
• Building interactive lesson pages using Articulate Rise
• Supporting development of the Pretium Commercial Playbook
• Collaborating with Commercial Excellence leadership
• Managing documentation, version control, and content tracking
• Incorporating feedback into training modules
• Tracking project milestones and progress
